We know that many people have had enough of the cold weather and Covid-19 restrictions and want to get out and have some fun. Well, we just made it possible to have an awesome Lunar New Year weekend without putting yourself or others at risk. Geoje Island is beautiful and is much warmer than the rest of mainland Korea.
It boasts stunning beaches and there are so much to see and do. You have total control of the room you choose, how many nights, your departure schedule, what food you would like to eat and which activities you would like to participate in.
This is NOT a group tour. Families and small groups of friends not exceeding 4 people per group can book our discounted luxury hotel rooms for as many nights as you like between February 10th and 15th. We also book optional activities for you in advance and at cost and provide transport to the activities outside walking range.
We also provide a range of home cooked meals. Many South Africans and people who enjoy South African food will love the options available.
Covid-19 Safety Measures:
This also means you will not have to worry about the weekend being cancelled due to government regulations limiting gatherings to maximum 4 people. The hotel has a huge dining area inside and outside and social distancing is very easy there.
How many people can be together at any one time will be determined by the situation during Lunar New Year and all regulations regarding record keeping, temperature checks etc. will be adhered to.

3 – 5 Minutes’ walk from the beach, convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, ferry terminal etc. Nice entertainment area at the Swimming Pool & Restaurant.

Transport:
Due to Covid-19 we will not be providing transport. You are responsible for your own transport to the hotel and back home. We will however help you with booking arrangements and transfers to activities.

- Choose any 2 pieces of meat (Same or different) served with 2 fresh salads of the day and a Braaibroodjie (SA style BBQ Toast with Cheddar Cheese, Tomato and Onions).
- Meat choices (Lamb, Steak, Chicken or Boerewors).
- Grill and Charcoal Included.
Anytime:
- Indian Lamb Curry (KRW 15 000) / Chicken Curry KRW (13 000). Served with rice and sambals.
- Gamjatang (Korean Pork Rib Stew) – KRW 8 000.
- Fish & Chips (French Fries) served with Tartar Sauce & Salad – KRW 13 000.
- Lamb Curry Vetkoek / Bunny Chow. Vetkoek is delicious South African Deep-Fried Bread and Bunny Chow is hollowed out bread stuffed with curry. Both served with French Fries or salad – KRW 12 000.
- Boerewors (SA traditional sausage) served with Hotdog Roll or Couscous (Pap) and Sheba (Fried Onions and Tomato) – KRW 9 000.
